Professor Ouyang Youwen from California State University San Marcos Gives Academic Report in CUIT

Professor Ouyang Youwen from the Institute of Computer Science of California State University San Marcos was invited to come to CUIT for an academic report titled Analysis of the Design and Implementation Process of the American Computer Education Research Project. The report was presided over by Professor Wu Xi, Vice Dean of School of Computer Science. Teachers from Computer Science School, Communication Engineering School and Computing Center attended the conference.



With the background of the design and implementation of the American computer education research project, Professor Ouyang explained how to apply for targeted projects related to computer education research in the light of the new directory of Education and Information Science and Technology of NSFC. She pointed out that before writing the application, there is a need for a comprehensive and systematic literature review on the issue. In the writing process, one should capture the intelligence advantages and expand project impact; Key and timely solutions should be innovative; Find you own way to make breakthrough. Professor Ouyang also used four projects including her own project as examples to elaborate how to carry out project design and proposal writing.
