The exchange conference with delegation from University of Malaya was hold in 7th Conference Room. Noor Arzuan, Dean of School of Engineering of University of Malaya, Ramesh singh, Vice Dean of University of Malaya, Liu Rong, Director of China office of University of Malaya, and Shen Qi, Assistant to Director, Liao Fei, Director of International Office, Education Department of Sichuan, Wang Lasha, Deputy Director of Sichuan International Education Exchange Service Center. Vice President He Jianxin, representatives from Chengdu University of Technology, Sichuan Institute of Science and Technology, Le Shan Normal University, attended the conference which was hold by Liu Wei, Deputy Director of International Office.
He Jianxin gave a warm welcome to Noor Arzuan and his delegation and sent thanks to the Education Department of Sichuan for the consistent support. Then he gave an introduction about CUIT. Noor Arzuan introduced the basic situation of University of Malaya and School of Engineering from the aspects of teaching staff, students cultivation and employment, the cooperation between university and industry and the research center. Liu Rong introduced the current cooperation on students and teachers in Malaya University.
Liao Fei said tht Malaya University is one of best universities in Asia, a key university along the Belt and Road countires and he hoped that the in-depth communication and copperation could be carried out with Malaya University.
At the conference, the parties conducted in-depth exchanges on student projects, 3+ 2, 3+1+ 1, 4+0 degree programs, teacher exchanges and academic exchanges.
