Delegation of Monash University of Australia led by Vice President Sunny Yang, Campbell Wilson, Vice Dean of Institute of Computer of Monash University, Jessi Zhe Jin, Director of the Australia’ International Education Services Center came to CUIT. President of CUIT Party Committee Zhou Jiliu, He Jia, Dean of School of Computer Science, Fang Rui, Party Secretary of School of Computer Science, Liu Wei, Director of the International Office, and Gai Qiuyan, Section Chief of the International Office, participated in the meeting which was hosted by Liu Wei, in 7th Conference Room.
Zhou Jiliu showed warm welcome and introduced the basic conditions of the scientific research on atmospheric sciences, information sciences in our university, hoping that both sides can carry substantive cooperation from aspects of scientific research, students and teachers exchange.
Sunny Yang introduced the basic situation of the main campus of Monash University and the construction of overseas campuses, hoping that the two sides can collaborate on master and doctoral training. Campbell Wilson introduced the basic situation of Monash University and Institute of Computer, and the cases of the research that serve the society.
After the meeting, the delegation visited the laboratories of information discipline group, which had a more comprehensive understanding of the construction of CUIT in the field of information science.
