The“Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Robots” seminar was held in No. 7 Conference Room in the Administration Building of Hangkonggang Campus. An delegation of five experts including Professor Xu Zhijie from Huddersfield University, Professor Gu Dongbing from Essex University, Professor Ming Geyong from Exeter University, Professor Yu Hui from Portsmouth University and senior lecturer Zhang Jie from Newcastle University attended the seminar. Zhou Jiliu, President of the Party Committee, Deans and professors from Schools of CUIT also participated in the seminar which was hosted by He Jia, Director of the International Office.

Zhou Jiliu extended warm welcome to the coming of the experts by introducing our recent acheivement on dicipline construction and international scientific and research cooperation, hoping that they could bring their talents into full play and widen the ways and areas of cooperation. Xu Zhijie introduced their association and the Chun Hui Plan, expressed their intention of cooperation with CUIT.
In the group discussion, leaders from Control Engineering School, Electronic Engineering School, Cybersecurity School, Computer Science School, Software Engineering School, Telecommunication Engineering School elaborated on the discipline construction, teaching staff, key research area and social serivice platform, and had heated discussion with the experts on teachers and students exchange and other issues concerned.
