Xie Bangchang, Dean of School of Management and Director of Big Data Research Center at Taipei Medical University, was invited to Longquan campus of CUIT, and delivered a report entitled Data Mining, Big Data To AI.
All the students of the 88th term of National Statistical System Specialized Knowledge Basic Training Class, related teachers from School of Statisics, all the graduate students of Longquan campus, and some undergraduates attended to the report meeting. The speech was chaired by professor Zhusheng, Dean of School of Statisics.
Professor Xie took the medical big data for example, comprehensively stating the development status of big data in Taiwan, and highlighted intelligent application under the integrated development of AI and HI.
Professor Xie demonstrated the theory, application, future development and bottleneck of big data with his profound and rigorous professional knowledge, supporting a new way of big data working
Some CUIT students and teachers communicated with professor Xie on-site.
