2019 International Conference on SIAM Control Theory and Its Application (SIAMCT19) was held in Chengdu, China from June 19th to 21st. The Conference, hosted by the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics, SIAM and organized by CUIT, was participated by more than 150 representatives from 99 organizations from 21 different countries and regions. Zhou Jiliu, the party president of CUIT, chaired the conference and Jiang Tao, the dean of Control Engineering School, worked as the chairman of the executive committee.

The conference is mainly in the form of special academic reports and small BBS. Experts, scholars and enterprises in the field of control from all over the world share research results, discuss existing problems and challenges, and explore the development trend of cutting-edge technologies around the theme of control theory and system.Topics include: control and optimization, computational mathematics, real time optimization and data assimilation, cooperative control, unmanned, robotics, machine learning, and dynamic game, cellular and biological control, the control of hybrid systems, the control technology of financial mathematics, biomedical system analysis and control, risk control, intelligent system, traffic control and quantum control, etc.
