Representatives from Universidad Complutense Madrid Visited CUIT

On December 3rd, Frank Bernard Babinger, Deputy Dean of the Tourism and Trade School at the Universidad Complutense Madrid, Yang Liang, Member of the International Office of UCM visited CUIT. He jia, Director of the International Office held a cooperation and exchange meeting with the guests in conference room 6 of the Administrative Building. The meeting was chaired by He yuan, Deputy Director of the International Office.

He Jia warmly welcomed the guests and introduced the basic information of  CUIT and international cooperation exchange project. Frank Bernard Babinger gave a detailed presentation on UCM's basic information, student exchange programs, faculty visits and related doctoral programs. Yang liang pointed out that UCM can send excellent teachers to visit CUIT for academic lectures and exchanges. He mentioned that the two universities could conduct exchanges and cooperation on subjects with a high degree of professional fit. At the meeting, related staff of both sides discussed possible cooperation projects.

 

 

UCM is the first public university in Spain, 2019 Qs World University ranked 206, 2020 Qs World University ranked 212. The school has trained seven Nobel laureates. Among the famous alumni, there are many historians, philosophers, poets and prime ministers. Its courses are distributed in many colleges, including media and communication science, teaching science and computer science. In addition, there is an art school with geography and veterinary related courses.
