The School of Computer Science has a crew of 62, with 57 full-time faculties. Within them, there are 22 professors and associate professors, 31 assistant professors, with 19 Ph.D., 31 masters, and 16 master advisors (including external advisors). We have formed a large enough staff with appropriate demographic structure, and they are capable in both teaching and research. In the recent 5 years, our students have won 158 high-level awards on contests in different subjects, with 35 at the state level and 123 at the province level. Our graduates have strong professional knowledge, excellent ethics and teamwork abilities, so they are popular at the IT industry. Compliments from employers of our previous graduates include short training time, quick start and outstanding employees. Our goal is a training base of applied computer engineering technical talent that has impact and demonstration effect among nationwide provincial colleges and universities, with our features on information software systems and software/hardware development based on computer systems.
