Pre-Departure Guide for International Students
一、行前需要准备的材料/I. Documents to Prepare Before Departure
（一）护照有效期需至少6个月以上，并确保有空白签证页；
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months with blank visa pages.
（二）X1或X2签证；
X1 or X2 visa.
（三）学校录取通知书原件及复印件；
Original and photocopies of the university admission notice.
（四）JW201或JW202表原件及复印件；
Original and photocopies of JW201/JW202 form.
（五）《外国人体格检查记录》；需由中国卫生检疫部门确认或重新体检
Foreigner Physical Examination Record .(must be confirmed by Chinese health quarantine authorities or re-examined in China)
（六）行程凭证（机票预订单、酒店预订记录等）；
Travel documents (flight itinerary, hotel booking records, etc.).
（七）白底证件照多张（电子版和纸质版）；
Multiple passport-sized photos (white background, both digital and printed copies).
（八）入境申报和违禁品自查；
Customs declaration and self-check for prohibited items.
注：所有重要文件建议复印几份，并扫描备份存储在手机或云盘中。
Note: Make copies of all important documents, and store scanned backups on your phone or cloud storage.
二、入境流程/II. Entry Procedures
（一）为确保行程顺利，建议您在启程前，主动通过中国或相关地区政府、移民局或海关等主管部门的官方网站，核实最新入境政策。
To ensure a smooth journey, it is recommended that you proactively verify the latest entry policies through the official websites of the competent authorities (such as the government, immigration bureau, or customs) before departure
（二）抵达学校/Arrival at the University
学校地址/ University Address：
成都信息工程大学航空港校区：四川省成都市双流区西南航空港经济开发区学府路一段24号（610225）
HangkonggangCampus: No. 24, Xuefu Road Section 1, Southwest Aviation Harbour Economic Development Zone, Shuangliu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province (610225).
机场交通抵达路线/Transportation Routes from Airports：
1.从成都双流国际机场出发/ From Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport
(1)路线1:地铁10号线 →806路公交
Route 1: Metro Line 10→Bus 806
在双流机场T2航站楼乘坐地铁10号线（武侯祠方向）→ 金花站A口出 → 步行150米乘坐806路 → 信息工程大学站下车。
Take Metro Line 10 (to Wuhouci) from T2 Terminal→Exit at Jinhua Station (Gate A)→Walk 150m to Bus 806→Get off at Chengdu University of Information Technology Station.
全程约40-50分钟。
Total time: 40-50 minutes.
(2)路线2:地铁30号线 → 地铁8号线 →806路/304路公交
Route 2: Metro Line 30→Metro Line 8→Bus 806/304
在双流机场T2航站楼乘坐地铁30号线（龙泉驿火车站南方向）→ 珠江路站换乘8号线（桂龙路方向）→ 顺风站B口出 → 步行200米乘坐806路/304路 → 信息工程大学站下车。
Take Metro Line 30 (to Longquanyi Railway Station South) from T2 Terminal→Transfer to Metro Line 8 (to Guilong Road) at Zhujiang Road Station→Exit at Shunfeng Station (Gate B)→Walk 200m to Bus 806/304→Get off at Chengdu University of Information Technology Station.
全程约40-50分钟。
Total time: 40-50 minutes.
(3)路线3:出租车/网约车（滴滴出行）
Route 3: Taxi/Ride-hailing
约15-20分钟，费用15-20元。
Time: 15-20 minutes; Cost: 15-20 RMB.
2.从天府国际机场出发/ From Chengdu Tianfu International Airport
(1)路线1：地铁19号线 → 地铁10号线 →806路公交
Route 1: Metro Line 19→Metro Line 10→Bus 806
在天府机场1号/2号航站楼站乘坐地铁19号线（金星方向）→ 双流机场2航站楼东站换乘地铁10号线（武侯祠方向）→ 金花站A口出 → 步行150米乘坐806路 → 信息工程大学站下车。
Take Metro Line 19 (to Jinxing) from Tianfu Airport Terminal 1/2→Transfer to Metro Line 10 (to Wuhouci) at Shuangliu Airport Terminal 2 East Station→Exit at Jinhua Station (Gate A)→Walk 150m to Bus 806→Get off at Chengdu University of Information Technology Station.
全程约1小时30分钟。
Total time: about 1 hour 30 minutes.
(2)路线2：出租车/网约车
Route 2: Taxi/Ride-hailing
约60-70分钟，费用约170-200元。
Time: 60-70 minutes; Cost: approx. 170-200 RMB.
