From September 25 to September 29, Yu Minming, the president of CUIT, led a delegation to visit the Education Department of the Chinese Embassy in UK and University of Wales Trinity Saint David (London campus and Swansea campus). During the visit, the delegation exchanged views with representatives of UWTSD and relevant colleges and then signed a cooperation framework Agreement. Duan Qianbing, CUIT Director of the Party and Administration Office, Zhu Ming, CUIT Director of the Science and Technology Department, Huang Ping, CUIT Dean of the Management College, and Li Ming, CUIT Dean of the Continuing Education College were accompanied by the visits.

The delegation visited the Education Department of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in UK and held talks with Wang Yongli, the Minister's Educational Counsellor, and Li Xiaopeng, the assistant councillor. Then the delegation paid a visit to UWTSD(London campus) and discussed with the officer in charge(London campus) the joint training programs of Doctor of Business Administration and MBA.

The delegation paid a visit to UWTSD(Swansea Campus) and made a number of detailed and in-depth discussions with the president of UWTSD Medwin Hughes, the vice-presidents of UWTSD Simon Haslett and Zhu Wei, UKVI Affairs Director Lee, and the Chairman of London Education Group Lai Qi on the full cooperation of three Parities.

The three Parties signed the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Cooperation among University of Wales Trinity Saint David, Chengdu University of Information Technology and London Education Group.
